    However, it is highly recommended for New Color guests.
    The form helps us understand your hair history, what your looking for ,the timing needed, and which artist is the best fit. If you need help you can also “contact” us!

  • If you submit your form during salon operating hours, you’ll hear back within the hour. Forms sent outside business hours will be reviewed first thing the next business day. If you need immediate help your welcome to call or text the front desk at (801) 341-8185.

  • Walk-ins are welcome when possible, however availability is very limited. Haircuts or simple styling can sometimes be taken same day, but color appointments almost always require advance booking.
    To ensure you get the service, timing, and artist you want, we high recommend calling ahead or booking online.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, and Cash.
    If you plan to pay with cash, please note that we aren’t always able to break large bills, so smaller denominations are appreciated.

  • No, However for more extensive color Services such as Color Corrections, Vivid Hair Color, and creative placement, we highly recommend it so we can get a better idea of your history, hair condition, and pricing.
    We offer Digital consultations also however, sometimes “in-person” is needed to perform a test strand

  • Yes, You would want to book the “Transformative Curly Cut”
    Michael will cover personalized haircare, product recommendations, and styling techniques tailored to your specific curl pattern.

  • Short answer: Neither, a happy medium is preferable

    Long answer: For color services, its best if your hair isn’t freshly washed, but also not overly oily or fill of heavy product.
    Day 2 hair is great, No root covers as they act as a barrier.
    For Haircuts, styling, or most non-color services, it does not matter whether your hair is freshly washed or slightly lived in.

  • Short Answer: Yes, just ask, its 100% okay!

    Long Answer: Absolutely! If you prefer a quiet, no talk appointment, just let us know in the comment section of your “ New Guest Form”. We are more than happy to create a calm relaxing experience for you.

  • Yes! You’re more than welcome to work throughout your appointment. We offer Complimentary Wifi for our guests, Phone chargers, and a lap desk that fits perfectly at our stations.

    Long Answer: For everyone’s safety and comfort we do not allow children in the salon. There are sharp tools, Hot tools, and chemicals that could potentially cause harm in an incident.
    Friends or partners are welcome to visit—Anyone who visits must follow salon policies and respect the relaxing environment.

    Long Answer: Arriving a few minutes early is always appreciated, especially for new guests.
    It gives you time to fill out our intake form, get settled, and have a drink & snack before we begin. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable the moment you walk in.scription

    (IBE®), a method known for its comfort, durability, and seamless results. With our Master Certification, you can feel confident you’re receiving a highly skilled, precision-based installation that’s customized to your hair and your goals.

  • Yes , this form is required, and is an important part of the process.
    You are welcome to get your consultation scheduled, I ask the form be completed prior to the appointment. May risk cancelllation

  • Ibe pricing depends totally on your goals and how much hair is needed for your desired look. Because every installation is customized, costs range from $400.00-$3,000.
    Depending on whether your adding subtle bulk, volume, extra fullness, or full length transformation.
    We’ll go over all your options during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

  • For the most part no, you can enjoy life just as you have, just adding a little “extra care” to your routine.
    Thoroughly read the “Aftercare” instructions to fully understand how to care for your extensions

    Short answer: When maintained properly and scheduled time, IBE® is designed to support healthy hair growth- not damage it.

  • Hand Tied Hair Extensions last around 7-12 Months, depending on how you care for them. It is highly recommended to follow the Maintenance recommendations and aftercare instructions.

  • Yes, with Invisible Bead Extensions you can wear your hair in a ponytail along with many other versatile styles! It is so comfortable some are able to do so on the day of installation, not to mention the beads are totally Invisible

  • Yes, you can swim and do activities with your IBE Hair Extensions. We suggest wearing it in a loose braid or ponytail and brushing it with a wet brush and leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.

    (Please note that excessive chlorine or saltwater will reduce the longevity of your new hair extensions).

Policies

48-hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and we look forward to servicing you at that time. However, we understand that things happen, and sometimes you need to adjust your calendar. We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointment. Appointments canceled with 24 - 48 Hour notice will be responsible for 25% of the scheduled services. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled services. These fees will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

No Show Policy

When scheduling appointments, you will either receive an email or text stating your appointment was set, along with 1 week, and 2 days reminders. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be responsible for 100% of your missed service, along with placing a credit card on file to secure any future appointments.

Deposit Policy

We require a $50 deposit for all chemical services such as Dimensional Colors, Treatments, and Brazilian Blowouts. Haircuts require a $25 deposit for the first appointment. This deposit will go towards the cost of your scheduled service and is NOT refundable if canceled under 48 hours. The deposit can be made through our receptionist by calling (801) 341-8185

Minors policy

Anyone under the age of 18 receiving chemical services for the first time must have a parent or guardian present to give permission and sign a waiver.

Refund policy

All service sales are final. Hair products can be returned only if it’s defective or damaged. Used products will be taken back for either salon credit or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

Late Policy

Please note: if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your booked services. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service. If our stylist is able to accommodate you, you may acquire a “Late Fee” of $20.00

Appointment Hold Times Policy

When communicating without Front Desk scheduling your appointment, we can only hold appointment time offerings for 24 hours during business days, and we can NOT hold time slots for weekend appointments

Children Policy

We love your children, however, due to safety and liability considerations, children are not permitted in the salon. We will be happy to work with you on a time that works for you when you’re able to find a sitter.

Redo Policy

If you are not satisfied with your color service, please contact your stylist within 7 days to express concern. A complimentary redo must be performed within 10 days of the original service. Full-service price will apply if you fail to contact us within 7 days or any change from the original service.

Hair Extension Policy

We do not offer extension pricing over the phone. A consultation appointment must be made. You can do that HERE. Due to liabilities, we do not apply or correct personal hair extensions that were not originally purchased from us.
